Greek-Style Pasta Casserole

3/4 pound Lean ground beef
15 ounces Can Italian-style tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Oregano
3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
8 ounces Macaroni; cook drain
2 ounces Feta cheese crumble
2 cups Skim or 1% low-fat milk
4 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350~. In 10" omelet pan or skillet over medium heat,
cook beef, stirring occasionally to break apart, until browned, about
5 minutes. Pour off drippings and discard. Stir in tomato sauce and 
seasonings.
 Stir in macaroni. Spread evenly in 8x8x2 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat together milk and eggs until well-blended.
 Pour over meat.
 Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 30-40
minutes.
