HOT ENCHILADA DOGS (Microwave)
1 (16 oz.) can chili without beans 3 tbsp. finely chopped green chili peppers 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce 8 corn tortillas, softened 8 frankfurters, ends slit 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Combine chili, chili peppers and hot pepper sauce. Place 2 tbsp. mixture on each tortilla; place franks in center and roll up.In oblong baking dish, arrange tortillas seam side down. Combine tomato sauce with remaining chili mixture; pour over tortillas. Heat, on medium high, covered, 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. In oblong dish arrange tortillas between layers of damp paper towels. Heat covered on high. Eight tortillas will soften in 4 1/2 to 6 minutes.
