Peppered Turkey Roll-Up Sandwich
 
1 10-inch tomato-basil flour tortilla 
2 Tablespoons Parmesan peppercorn salad dressing 
2 Ounces Swiss cheese, sliced thin 
1 Ounce baby spinach leaves, washed, drained and chilled 
1 Tablespoon chopped red onion  
4 Ounces OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin 
For each sandwich: spread surface of tortilla with Parmesan peppercorn
dressing, extending dressing to within Â1/2-inch edge of tortilla. 
Layer in order listed: Swiss cheese slices, baby spinach leaves, sliced
red onion rings and turkey.  
Roll tightly, folding in ends. Slice on the diagonal. 
Serve with chips.
