QUICK APPLE DESSERT Ingrediants: 1 pkg. one-layer size yellow cake mix 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can (1 1/3 c.) flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling Instructions: Combine dry cake mix, coconut and cinnamon. stir in butter. Press 2/3 of mixture into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Spread with pie filling. Crumble remaining coconut mixture atop. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
