Sausage Bake

1 pound hot or mild sausage

½ cup chopped onion

¼ cup parmesan cheese

½ cup grated swiss cheese

1 beaten egg

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

2 tablespoons parsley

2 cups Bisquick

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 egg yolk

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cook sausage and onion until brown. Drain fat and add cheeses, beaten egg,
Tabasco sauce, salt

and parsley. Make dough with milk, Bisquick and mayonaise. Spread ½ dough on
bottom of well

greased 8" pan. Cover with sausage mixture and add remaining dough. Brush
with beaten egg yolk.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400. Cut into squares and serve hot. Can be baked,
frozen and reheated.
