Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza Servings: 6
1 10 oz. can Refrigerated Pizza Crust 7 pieces string cheese 1/2 cup pizza sauce 20 slices (about 4 oz) pepperoni sausage 1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk -- shredded Directions: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 13 X 9 inch baking pan or spray it with Pam. Unroll dough. Press in bottom and 1 inch up sides of the greased pan. Place pieces of string cheese along the inside edges of dough. Fold 1 inch of dough over and around the cheese. Press dough edges to seal. Top crust with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
