1 pound lean ground beef 1 chopped onion 1 packet taco seasoning mix 2 cups water 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn 8 ounces (2 cups) elbow macaroni 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1. In a 12" skillet, brown beef and onion over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and corn. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat to low; cover.
