Turkey Tetrazini
8 oz spaghetti
14.5 oz chicken broth
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup evaporated skim milk
3 Tbsp corn starch 
3 Tbsp chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups cooked chopped turkey
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375. Bring
the broth to a boil in saucepan. Add mushrooms. Simmer, uncovered, about
4 minutes. Stir milk into mixture. Mix cornstarch and 3 chicken broth
until smooth. Stir into mushroom mixture. Bring to boil over med heat.
Stirring constantly. Cook and stir for 1 minute. more. Remove from heat.
Stir in salt and pepper. Then stir in turkey. Add pasta and toss until
well coated. Transfer to a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.  315 calories, 4 grams fat.
