Hi Marilyn and others::
Is there a trick to flipping pancakes? I've tried and have failed
miserably; my pancakes either turn out rock hard, cooked on the
outside and mushhy in the middle, or they just fall completely apart
when I try to flip 'em. I'm half wondering if I could do them in the
oven. Any suggestions?
