We are using NavManager for our nested navigation and publishing to
LiveServer. We have LiveServer Constraint elements in our master
pages that supply constraint information to LS. I can't seem to find
a way to get the constraint info for the page when creating the links
in the navigati

You simply need to include a list placeholder in the template of the
page you are attaching to the top level ul.
To be clearer let's say your main "foundation" page looks like this:
...
<%list_Links%>
...
So the template of each page attached to this list might look like
this:

Start Page", and choose which users you want to apply this to. Then
when they log in, the first page they see is this one. Perhaps you can
use this feature and construct suitable "home" pages for each user
meeting your requirem
there is an info-element which gives you the name of the creator or
the change author of your page.
But it only works per page not per element, so each textblock should
be an own page, which is not uncommon with RedDot :)
