What you have done is a mish-mash of .Net and LiveServer code. You
must remeber that the .Net code is executed on the CMS, at page build
time, while the LiveServer code is executed at run-time on the
production server. Bear in mind the URLs that will be executing at
these two
If your licensing supports it, I would use languages (yes I know that
technically New Zealander's speak English too). It will provide a
clear logical separation between the two sites, you will find
publication much simpler, and you can easily transfer content between
the two.
