we are currently running Management Server Version 10 Build 10.0.1.50.
We encountered the same problem.
Our workaround is to use the language selection in website with info
elements:

English
日本語
Deutsch

Hi Peter,
we had the same problem last week with a 23 mb file. Open Text Support
recommended to store big blob files in the file system, not in the
repository database.
We did the change and it worked very well. We have no problems so far.
As we are using DS 10 i do not know if storing data in th
e newest date to
a standard field of the master page.
This is what i like to do, but i have not yet started :)

was anyone of you successful in sending Chinese data from a form by
mail (Message-Dynament) or inserting in a mysql database (RDB-

both the user interface and the data in it can be in Japanese. I know
that the UI it available since at least version 7.5.
