Ok, my fault. Xwrapper is not guilty indeed. It is actually a buggy Vesa
DDC module that gives garbage info to the server and makes him set up
incorrect modelines and DPI settings - if the monitor doesn't support DDC 
(mine doesn't). It seems DDC module can't distinguish whether a monitor
has DDC support or it hasn't. And "NoDDC" option in XF86Config doesn't
work currently...
