Yes, I've been doing that with my personal stuff, but I'm the only one with
2.0 installed and I don't want to require the more casual users to install
it on their own.  For customers I need to assume that they have a plain RH
distrubution.

By the way, the official Python can be build on RH 7.0 if the './configure'
line in the %build section is changed to 'OPT="-I/usr/include" ./configure'.
