"Linux SMP HOWTO" has a link to "Look at PSET - Processor Sets for the Linux kernel" which support processor affinity. The Link goes to the following web site: http://isunix.it.ilstu.edu/~thockin/pset/ (I noticed it was dated Oct, 1999.) But I got "The page cannot be found". I don't know if this site is down temporarily or it is moved somewhere else.
