had been using due to the upgrade. It turns out that it was somehow
related to that (perhaps).
Eitherway, a simple restart of the sshd service took care of the trouble.

I have a spare machine with an AMD-K6-2/400 and 64M RAM
I want to use this as a
1) archive/backup
2) fileserver, serving up MP3's and docs mostly
3) database server (using Sybase)
4) CVS server
5) Run SAMBA (obviously)
6) possibly also a print server as well
I only have 6 other computers on my H
Has anyone had any problems with the AMD K6 processor?
Any compilation problems, Seg faults, and/or things breaking randomly?
I want to set up a database server using RH7.0 and I just want to make sure
that the AMD K6-2 is a stable CPU and is compatible with Red Hat.

I am trying to compile Orbacus on Redhat 7.0 using gcc 2.96.54,
I've run ./runconfig, setup up my configuration and proceeded to type make

When booting off my hard drive I get this kernel panic.
