This has
been present in 19.30 (pretty sure) up to the present set of 20.3
betas.
AFAIK, XEmacs doesn't come out of the box with somthing similar. I
have seen packages that let you do it under Xemacs, but I've never
used Xemacs much. Sorry I can't help you there.
