I think you'll find that CPAN and rpm don't mix too well. You should either remover the rpm, and use the version of perl that CPAN installed in /usr/local, or remover the CPAN version and get an rpm of the Tk module (have a look on rpmfind.net for perl-Tk). I find using rpms easier to maintain,
