Creating its own boot disk

Hi,   I’m trying to create my own boot disk using the documentation located in « Documentation/initrd.txt ».   I wrote a /linuxrc file that seems to work…except at the end when it tries to release the open handles and resources and wants to run /sbin/init.   Here are the two issues I
