Each time a reboot my RH 6.1 box the andq and lpsched process bring the
box to a complete halt.
This is what ps aux outputs:

amdq
lpsched
The amdq process brings my server (RH6.1) to a total halt after a couple
of hours as it uses up 99.9% of CPU processing time. Killing the process
restores the server back to normal. However, each time I reboot the same
happens.

We have recently upgraded from 5.1 to 6.2
Intermittently the server slows down completely. On investigation the
following daemons seem to be hogging CPU time:
root 144 0.1 0.3 1208 464 ?S15:23 0:02 lpsched /amdq
root 1649 94.2 0.2 1256 296 ?R
