How do you run up2date to install a package you have already downloaded.
For example, I have downloaded wine-20020710 into ~. I would like to install this package with up2date (I know rpm works fine). I tried 'up2date -k /home/scarter wine'. I also tried 'up2date -k /home/scarter wine-20020710'. Both say 'There are no packages available for update.
