installed. So I reinstalled rsh and everything went fine.
(Of course, after installing openssh I removed rsh.)
Now I'm wondering why openssh needs rsh to be installed in order to compile

Hi,
does anybody know what the 'setup -q' in the prep section of a rpm spec
file does? I read all docs available to me but -q switch seems not to be
stated. TIA.

Hi Starn!
Make is telling you that it can't find your compiler. Try 'which gcc' to

What software did you get? This module (pctel.o) is not part of the
normal kernel,

According to the man page only root can mount devices by default; if
these devices can be mounted by anybody the owner option is probably set
in /etc/fstab and 'a login script makes the console user o

Hi!
I'm wondering if there is someone on the list who could give me advice
in bringing up the isdn-thing; I did configuration on the files (like
the docs say) but somehow I am not able to connect. (Using RH 6.1)
Thanks in advance
