Apache config file is missing/wrong

Hi there. I am having a good bit of trouble with a Red hat server here. First things first... since yesterday, apache won't start. It is looking in the wrong place for a config file, but even when I point it to the correct config file, it runs into trouble when it starts loading modules. Any
