shutdown option for normal user

Hello List I want to enable shutdown option for my users by giving them a direct option instead of logging out. Is there any possibilities ? This is for a normal user no super user. any advice ? I use KDE and RH 7.2 regards senthil Mail sent using jadooWorks Webmail
