I don't really know, but to satisfy my curiousity, could you post the output
from ifconfig and 'route -n' please?

there is no avail, when i do a ping host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx from
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is unreachable appreciate if someone can help me
