I have a problem with CUPS that I could not found the solution from that
manual.
The detail of problem is described as follow:
The setup is like this:
[CUPS-SERVER] -> [Internet] -> [Remote printer with FIX WAN IP]
The problem situation is:
1. The remote printer Network is down.
2. I have
