Hi, Please excuse my english because I'm a french guy from Quebec and I don't talk and write english very well.
I have problem to install DRI on my RedHat 7.3 system. I looked at many troubleshooting topics and everything I've done seems to be ok!! But DRI still not working! There's the problem I got : When I try to load the tdfx module(modprobe tdfx) I get this message: /lib/modules/2.4.18-3/kernel/drivers/char/drm/tdfx.o: unresolved symbol cmpxchg /lib/modules/2.4.18-3/kernel/drivers/char/drm/tdfx.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.18-3/kernel/drivers/char/drm/tdfx.o: failed /lib/modules/2.4.18-3/kernel/drivers/char/drm/tdfx.o: insmod tdfx failed I've installed DRI whit the DRI package (dripkg). My graphic card is a Creative Voodoo Banshee AGP. Can you help me?
