Check the "/proc/sys/kernel/msgmax" file. Put a new value into this file (e.g. by "echo 16384 > /proc/sys/kernel/msgmax") can change the maximum allowable size immediately (NO NEED to recompile kernel and NOT even reboot the system). If you want to keep the setting even after reboot, try editing "
