Migrate from NT to RHL in IBM Netfinity 5100

After doing much experiment on junk servers, I'm ready to migrate my IBM Domino server from NT 4 to RHL 7.2. I'm planning to do it on the weeked, but becuase this is production server, I have to limit the problem, and hopely the server will run on monday. The problem is, that my IBM Netfinity 5100
