Minicom not connecting

initialization string wvdial is using, and try that same string in minicom before connecting. Regards, Ed. A great init string to start with would be: AT F C1 D2 E1 Q0 V1 L1 M1 (Just as a standard that forces factory default, and then cleans up for line noise...works with literally every modem
