lsmod shows:
parport_probe
parport
there are more but those are applicable ones...

i just re-formatted/re-installed redhat 7 onto my partition ( no server
) as i was having trouble printing and could not diagnose so i thought
re-installing would clinch it...
nopewhen i run printtool I still get "not detected" on all ports
this very printer has worked in redhat before..
