/sbin/powerd used to be owned by SysVinit - but now it is not owned at all.
It is still INSTALLED, but no man page is found, and no package claims
ownership. was this intentional?

I have the RH 5.0 release...
it appears that powerd is missing from the SysVinit package... the man page
is there, but no program.
Was this intentional??
