I'm following this with interest, because I've had similar (but not identical) problems with my HP 4P. In my case, printouts are blown up several hundred times and do not fit onto the page, no matter what options I select. Perhaps there's an answer out there for both of us. :) -- Todd A. Jacobs

Dear friends: I have a HP laserjet series II that I just connected to my RH 6.0 box. Kernel has not been modified or recompiled (just as out from the box). I have set the input filter as laserJet IId/IIp/III* with TIFF compression, which is described as "Driver for the Laserjet II series printer
