Hi
I'm setting up kerberos 5 on RedHat 6.1, and have a problem setting up ftp
service
I added Kadmin: princ host/fimee.ugto.mx ftp/fimee44.ugto.mx
telnet/fimee44.ugto.mx where: fimee44.ugto.mx is my host server and
my ftp server, and all worked well, all were created.
after that I used ktadd's command, in order to obtain the key for every
principal, and all worked well.
The commands Telnet, rlogin, rcp, rsh, worked well,
But, when I use ftp service I got the next messages:
>
>Connected to fimee44.ugto.mx
>220 rhserver FTP server (Version 5.60) ready.
>334 Using authentication type GSSAPI; ADAT must follow
>GSSAPI acepted as authentication type
>GSSAPI error major: Miscelaneous failure
>GSSAPI error minor: No principals in keytab matches desired name
>GSSAPI error: acquiring credentials
>GSSAPI: ADAT failed
>GSSAPI: authentication failed
>Kerberos_V4 acepted as authentication type
>kerberos V4 krb_mk_req failed: You have no tickets catched
>Name (fimee44.ugto.mx:root):
>etc, etc

and if I saw my klist it shows:
Valid string Expires Service principal

I've added the principals: host and ftp
I've changed all the /etc/inetd.conf entries into the "kerberized" versions
(ftp, telnet, klogin)
I've reinstall all 20 times, (linux and kerberos)
What do I do??????
Somebody can help me ???? Any ideas?
