pick the older one I guess and run:
'rpm -e '

i installed it.
now, on doing 'apt-get update'
i get a error message :
Reading Package Lists... Error!
E: There are two or more versions of the package 'mozilla-nspr'
installed in your system
I installed mine via apt which handled all the dependencies.

The only issue I have is that up2date wants to downgrade my KDE
to 3.05.
