Greetings all.

I have a zip disk that refuses to mount anymore. Is there anyway to
recover the files? Here's what I have tried:

1) Tried mounting on two different Linux boxes, one running RH7.0 and
one running RH5.2.

2) Tried different /dev/sda designations. (The disk would normally
mount on /dev/sda4, but I tried sda1, 2, and 3 as well.)

3) Tried specifying alternate superblocks w/ the mount command, as
such:
>> mount -o sb=8193 /dev/sda4 /mnt/zip (Is my syntax correct there? I tried several
>multiples of 8192, to no avail.)

All attmepts return this error msg: mount: /dev/sda4 is not a valid
block device

Is there anything I can do? TIA,

Joe Nestlerode
