I am still having slowdowns on first connecting in the morning, after all connections to the server have been dropped the night before. I disabled identd and added myself to /etc/hosts, which, according to one source, should have fixed the problem. If anyone has had this experience, I could really use the help. So far, Red Hat tech's have had no idea. Masquerading and HTTP to and through that server without any problems.
