No. I tried patching, and it needed a few lines tweaked to work with Red
Hat's IPVS patches. It probably would be fairly simple to actually do,
but I didn't really bother.

because as Jason pointed out, 3.0.5 can cause problems building other
rpms.
Just curious, does your 2.2.16 kernel have the pptp masquerading built it?

The easiest way would be to download an updated kernel rpm. Red Hat has

tried out open sound drivers. they worked. but now they werent *free* so i
have to either reload them or get a new free one i heard 2.2.16 has
support for yamaha pci cards. can i use it? how can i upgrade to the new
