Nope, it's EDT GMT-4 and EST GMT-5. The U.S. is after UTC (GMT is
*supposed to* be deprecated) as the sun shines, so it's negative.

I just noticed that on one of my 6.0 boxes that when I create a file the
date/time of the file does not match the system clock. Has anyone
encountered this before?
