So I'm stumped on this one.

I'm trying to connect to ftp.mcafee.com, problem is that I get a connection 
refused if I do it from the Linux box that is the firewall.
If I try it from a windows box behind the firewall it works fine

I ran a tcpdump to see if it would help I'm pasting it in the email

I've tried passive mode and it doesn't make a difference, any ideas anyone?
