I know there are DNS server for dynamic IP on the web I don't
remember where. But if your IP is valid, it is possible.

I think it was another list, but i
ir service agreement very carefully as it is entirely
possible that they are contractually forbidden to host servers on "home"
ADSL lines.

It's possible...you just have to have your DNS hosted by a site that will
allow you to update them when your IP changes due to DHCP.
