Assuming it's in one of the packages supplied with Red Hat (which I
don't know):
cd into the RPMs directory on the CD, then use:
rpm -qilp *| less
and search for oclock.

I don't have it installed, so can't check here, but try the command
rpm -q --file `which oclock`
and you should get it, assuming it's installed.
