try lpr -P and the name of the shared printer
mine is lpr -P EPSON
I Dont know if it is case sensitive though

Hi Rick,
Don't mind, you're not alone. Don't know what happens but I hope this
problem will be solved quickly.
I had a look in redhat site yesterday to see if there was a warning or
something else. Not a word on this.
Maybe someone hacked the list or put it on a NT box :-)

The servers were going down for some work, but it appears there may have
been some problems, when its all back to normal I am sure we will get a
response from RH, in any case, basically your system is probably fine, so
