i use mirror (avaliable at
http://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/mirror/), but rsync should work,
too (if your mirror supports rsync)

Use rsync - one command does it all. You'll have to various redhat mirrors
to see if they run an rsync'd server for the updates directory.
