Runlevel 5 is "xdm" in RedHat. (never ran Slak). You do NOT have to have the other machine in /etc/hosts. I do due to local network/IPMasq/etc.. Exceed is an X Server for Windows. All the goodies, expensive, etc... Allows full screen xdm login from the Windows box or multiple xclient windows, w

Hi! I had a Slackware system and was using xdm with Starnet's X-Win32 very well, but since I switched to RedHat 4.2 I can't get it to work. Any one has any experience with integration between these softwares? If so, please, give me a help. ___
