Hi guys, Mario and me have created a tentative schedule for 4.13
We both think that the 4 months schedule has worked pretty well so 4.13 is
basically 4.12 + 4 months but without .4 and .5 because they'd overlap with a
potential 4.14 in August if we keep up doing 4 months.
