The Next Step After Lawrence

Tom Green, a much prosecuted Utah polygamists, has invoked Lawrence in the Utah Supreme Court, arguing that anti-bigamy laws violate due process.

I can't tell much about the procedural posture of the case from this article, but it looks like it may be interesting.  Perhaps, Reynolds v. United States will be overturned on other grounds...
