[Repeater-Builder] msf5000 <-> quantrar amp

Will an VHF amplifier from a Quantar work on a MSF-5000? I have heard that they might be interchangeable? Thanks, Bill - W4RVN

[Repeater-Builder] MSR2000 caps

I am converting a MSR2000 base exciter to a repeater exciter. I have replaced the connectors already. Does anyone know the value of the row of capacitors that are in line with the connectors? Thanks, Bill - W4RVN

The connector bypass caps are nice to have in place but they are not an in-stone requirement for duplex repeater operation. I'm using many a half duplex MSR-2000 base station rewired for repeater duty without the bypass caps in place. Great if they were actually on the board but not an absol
