see a lot of GE Radio Information (thank you). In specific a nice
selection of 224 MHz Band conversion information. However, most
all of the conversion information involves High Band (150 MHz)

Isolators work with transmitters only. That would do nothing for
getting signal from the antenna into the repeaters.
What you need is a diplexer. That is a low pass / high pass filter
network. These can be constructed with L/C high pass and low pass
filters, but that usually only has enough Q to

output power adjustment. I think it's F2 from the RSS main menu. I used to turn

Based on what I've seen for Quintron Glenayre Equipment I would
question if you really need to rewind the xmfr for that
relatively short distance from 36 MHz.
If the manual doesn't have different part values for the low range
split I'd take a careful look at the circuits after the xmfr. A

It's in the Service menu. You need the radio attached
to the RIB and computer. Run RSS, press F2, then F2
again for Alignment menu. Then choose Transmit Output
Power.
With a wattmeter and dummy load attached, press F6 to
cause the radio to transmit. Use the UP/DN arrow keys
to fine-tune the power
