I think you are referring to not being able to net the rocks to the
correct frequency in your channel element. This is usually due to not
enough or too much capacitance in the oscillator circuit. Good crystal
manufacturers will supply the mid range temperature compensation
capacitor with their crys

Does anyone have any information or a manual on a Repco TC-10V Voter?
Thanks,

Larry,
I could possibly use that to replace the one we lost in the fire last year. I
need something with 3 ports for the ham stuff and will handle our 225 watt
Micor and a couple more 75 watt repeaters. Do you know how close spaced the
frequencies can be on the combiner that you have?
See you t

Hey folks,
I'm working on a GE Mastr II high band repeater. Someone gave me some crystals
that were made up for 146.010 RX. I installed one in an EC ICOM and the best I
can adjust for is 146.0064, which sounds really scratchy when I inject a >3k
deviation signal on 146.010. When I tune the m
Yes it can be done with the right stuff. We had several DB 4-port combiners
feeding into a bandpass duplexer with a receive multicoupler on the other side
of the duplexer. In our case, insertion loss was quite high due to close spaced
frequencies, 75 KHz. Notch type filters will not do it. Now,
I'm in need of a couple of doors for a 45 inch tall Motorola cabinet. The doors
measure approximately 44 x 20.5 inches. If you have a couple with the vents in
tact please contact me.
Thanks,

Thanx Paul, who responded directly, Randy, and Skipp. That puts me onto some
things to check. So far the harness looks to be correct, with proper length
jumpers made of RG9/B. I looked at all of the loops and they are also in good
shape and correct size. Next I'll check each cavity individu
What have you been smoking?
P25 will be in play in the public safety arena for at least another 15 years.
And Tetra is having IPR issues with Motorola and banding issues with the FCC
regarding use in the USA.
There is NO 6.25 requirement. Only an equivalence, just as there is a 12.5
equivalence
Oh, yes I agree with you. Its going to come to a head here in a few years.

The people laughing all the way to the bank are the folks with the
patent on the IMBE code
I'm saying Mike, that any rig (the first ones to do it) that can do
"all" digital formats will pull down an arm and a leg, while the
manufacturers laugh all the way to the bank.
